The Firearm Safety Certificate (FSC) is required by the State of California Department of Justice (DOJ) for anyone who wishes to purchase, receive, or transfer a firearm in California.
This certification ensures that all firearm owners understand the basic laws, handling, and storage principles necessary for responsible gun ownership.

Our FSC testing program is conducted by a DOJ-Certified Instructor and is open to the public by appointment or walk-in (when available).

Program Includes:

30-question multiple-choice test (must score 75% or higher)

Review of firearm safety fundamentals and California gun laws

Immediate FSC card issuance upon passing
